This course includes 40 hours of in-class instruction, spaced over two weekends. with a certified real estate instructor. In addition, if you are unable to make the in-class sessions or would like to learn the materials on your own, we provide you with the option to receive credit for the course via correspondence. Both students who take the course in person and by correspondence are also provided with access to a website with thousands of test questions for at-home study!

Note: To meet state requirements students must EITHER attend all classes OR demonstrate mastery of materials covered in course by passing subject-based tests administered online by Alaska Academy of Real Estate.
